Invoice, track bills, and manage expenses - without the $190/yr price tag

  • Free tier, forever
  • Any country, any currency

Invoices, bills, expenses and reports in one place - see what's included

Everything included

The whole money loop, not just invoices

Money in, money out, what you are planning to do next, and the reports that tell you where you actually stand. One app, and almost all of it on the free tier.

Invoicing

Line items, tax, discounts and your own numbering. Send it as a PDF or share a link your customer opens without signing up for anything.

Bills and expenses

Track what you owe vendors, log day-to-day spending across fourteen categories, and keep the receipt attached to the row it belongs to.

Items and stock

A catalog of what you sell, with stock that moves on its own as invoices and bills are recorded, and a warning when something hits its reorder level.

Budgets

Plan a month or a year, then turn each line into a draft invoice or expense. Nothing counts in your books until you approve it.

Reports

Profit and loss over any date range, plus receivables and payables aged into the usual buckets. Every one of them prints.

Multi-currency

Invoice in whatever currency your customer pays in. Amounts convert at the transaction date, so last quarter stops changing on you.

How it fits together

Built around how the money actually moves

One ledger underneath all four, so there is nothing to reconcile between tools.

01

Money in

Send an invoice, then stop chasing it

Build invoices with line items, tax and discounts, email them as a PDF, and share a public link your customer can open without an account.

  • PDF export, email delivery and a public link
  • Overdue reminders, one invoice at a time
  • Recurring invoices on a schedulePro
  • Chase every overdue invoice at oncePro
02

Money out

Every expense and bill, with the receipt attached

Log day-to-day expenses, track what you owe vendors, and keep the receipt on the record instead of in a shoebox.

  • Attach a receipt to any expense
  • Vendor bills with due dates and payment status
  • Stock that moves as bills and invoices are recorded
03

The truth

Reports that answer the only three questions

Am I profitable, who owes me, and who do I owe? Profit & loss, receivables and payables are one click apart - in any currency you invoice in.

  • Profit & loss over any period
  • Receivables and payables ageing
  • Conversion at the transaction date, not today’s rate
04

What comes next

Plan the quarter without pretending it already happened

Budget a month or a year, line by line, then generate a draft invoice or expense from any line you are ready to act on. A plan stays a plan until you approve it.

  • Monthly and yearly budgets, in any currency
  • Generate a draft invoice or expense from a line
  • Nothing hits your reports until you approve it

The honest comparison

Why pay a subscription to send an invoice?

Paid accounting suites are excellent at accounting for accountants. If you invoice clients, log expenses and want to know your profit, this is the shorter path.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

Is it actually free, or is this a trial that expires?

The free tier is a product, not a trial. It has no expiry date and asks for no card: one business, unlimited invoices, bills and expenses, PDF export, emailed invoices, public invoice links, items and stock, budgets and all three reports. Pro covers the three things people outgrow the free tier for - running more than one business, putting invoices on a repeating schedule, and chasing every overdue invoice in one go.

Does it work outside the US?

That’s the point of it. Pick your country and currency when you create a business, invoice in whatever currency the customer pays in, and every amount is converted at the transaction date - not at today’s rate - so last quarter’s numbers don’t change on you.

Do my customers need an account to see an invoice?

No. Every invoice can be emailed as a PDF and shared as a public link that opens in the browser with no signup, no login and no app download on their side.

What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Cancelling from Settings → Billing lets Pro run to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier. Your invoices, expenses and reports stay where they are; only the Pro-only features stop.

Can I run it on my own server?

Yes - the app ships as a Docker image and needs only a PostgreSQL database, so you can host it yourself and keep the data on infrastructure you control instead of ours.

Does it handle stock, or only invoices and expenses?

It handles stock. Keep a catalog of what you sell, and the quantity moves on its own as you record bills and issue invoices, so you are not typing the same numbers twice. There is a running valuation of what you are holding, a warning when an item drops to its reorder level, and a full history on every item, so a quantity can always be traced back to the movements that produced it.

Can I budget ahead without messing up this year’s numbers?

Yes, and that separation is the whole design. A budget is a plan: nothing in it reaches profit and loss, the dashboard or the ageing reports. When you are ready to act on a line you generate a draft invoice or expense from it, and the draft still counts for nothing until you approve it. Planning forty thousand in revenue never looks like having earned it.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet won’t send a numbered invoice, keep a receipt attached to the expense it belongs to, chase an overdue payment, or tell you your receivables without you rebuilding the formula every quarter. Everything here is the same ledger, so the reports are a consequence of the work rather than a second job.
